Compassionate Heart

the journey beyond mindfulness

Hacking Compassion

Compassion awakens with the realization that just like me, others too want to be happy. Just like me, others too don’t want pain and suffering. Just like me, others too want peace and joy. Feeling this truth at the core of your being, awakens the realization of interconnectedness with each other, and with the fabric of common humanity. Then it cannot fail but unfold the petals of your heart.

ABOUT

In my day job, I work in the Tech industry; I am also an active practitioner of meditation, self-inquiry and the Healing arts. Both fields, one being focused on the organization and intellectual challenges, and the other on the emotional, spiritual, have exposed me to tremendous insights about our mind and our deeper self. One with its continuous mechanism of action and reaction, and the other, our deeper self, with its immense capacity to nurture and stay centered in the heart and seems to be magically connected with every one and every thing around us.

As a Compassion Cultivation Teacher, I am jointly certified by the Compassion Institute and Stanford's CCARE (Compassion Cultivation and Altruistic Research Education),
